Joseph Stulb V
Joseph Stulb V, age 81, of Blue Bell, formerly of Ambler and Ft. Washington, died Thursday, Oct. 11, 2007 at the Normandy Farms Estates where he resided, from pulmonary fibrosis. He was a retired paint manufacturer and co-owned Turco Paint and Varnish Co. in Philadelphia.
Mr. Stulb was born in Philadelphia, the son of the late Edwin and the late Eleanor (Harrar) Stulb. He served in the Navy during WWII. He graduated from Germantown Academy, Class of 1944 and Bloomsburg University. He was an avid golfer and was the former president of the Philadelphia Cricket Club, and was a member of the Fairways Golf Association. For many years he enjoyed fishing with his family in the Florida Keys and enjoyed the peacefulness at his cabin in Rangeley, Maine.
He is survived by his wife, Mary Ann (Pfingst) Stulb; four sons: Joseph Stulb Jr., and his wife Eva, of Cape Coral, Fla., Mack Stulb, and his wife Diana, of Plymouth Meeting, Christopher Stulb, and his wife Cindy, of Harleysville and David Stulb, and his wife Nancy Regenye, of Landenberg, Pa.; a brother, Edwin H. Stulb III, and his wife Elaine, of Harleysville; and five grandchildren.
